This two tone pendant is very versatile. I utilized solid sterling silver for the tubular bail, fine silver sawtooth thick bezel and beautiful jeweler’s red brass for the majority of the authentic hand wrought metal work. Jeweler’s red brass because is a fantastic match to 14k yellow gold but without the huge price tag! The metalwork has an attractive brushed satin finish. It has been sealed to help preserve the finish from oxidation. I NEVER utilize pre-made component parts such as bails, jump rings, bezel cups (the metal cup that the cabochon stone sits in), decorative embellishments, etc, that many artisans put/ solder/ or assemble together and DO NOT make themselves. My pieces are truly handmade works of real handcrafted, hand wrought art! I am also a lapidary artist and personally hand cut ALL of my high quality cabochons!
